IMAURA offers returns for refunds and exchanges.
- Please use the returns portal above to return/exchange your order by entering your order number (found in your confirmation email), starting with #10 (eg, "#1005").
- If you cannot find your order number, please email hello@imaura.uk
- Refunds will usually be issued within 2-3 working days of receiving your return. It may take 3-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account after we issue the refund (this varies depending on the original payment method).
- Occasionally, processing times may be longer at busy times.
- IMAURA is not responsible or liable in any way for any lost, delayed or damaged parcels sent using any method other than our returns portal.
- As IMAURA is a small brand, all return shipping will be deducted from your refund at a flat rate of £3.50. All exchanges will also incur a shipping fee, the amount of which will vary depending on your delivery location and/or the number of items that are subject to the exchange.
- You have 14-days from the date of delivery to submit a return request for your item(s) through the IMAURA returns portal. Provided your return request is accepted, you have 5 days to send the item(s) back through the method of return that IMAURA nominates.

Returns sent outside of the 14-day and 5-day windows set out above will not be refundable or exchangeable.
- Please take care when trying on garments. Items must be unworn with tags, free of stains, odours (including cigarette smoke, perfume & body odour), and, if possible, in their original packaging. Refunds will not be accepted if you do not comply with any of these terms.
- IMAURA monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse any refund in any case where we deem it appropriate.
In the returns portal, you will have the option to:

Exchange for a different size or receive a refund (minus any shipping fees or duties), which will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

The original shipping charge on your order is non-refundable, unless you are returning a faulty item, in which case we will refund you for both the outbound and return shipping costs.

Online purchases must be returned by post through our returns portal.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges depend on stock availability.
- You can exchange your items via our returns portal here
- Once we receive your return, it usually takes us 2-3 working days to unpack and check your returned item/s. It may take longer during busy times as we are a small team.

Unfortunately, we only offer an exchange for a different size, not a different style.
- If your return is received in as-new condition:
Exchanges: will usually be dispatched within 2-3 working days of receiving your return, and will usually be delivered within another 3-10 working days.
Return Policy International
- IMAURA offerS returns for refund; however, we do not accept exchanges for International customers at this time. If you would like a different colour/size, you will need to return your item and re-purchase a new one.

As we are a small brand, all return shipping will be deducted from your refund at a flat rate:
> Europe: £23.00
> USA/Canada: £20
> Australia/New Zealand: £29.30
> Rest of World: £29.00
- Duties, taxes, and any other fees paid on delivery are not refundable.
- You have 28 days from the delivery date of your order to submit your return request.
- Provided your return request is accepted, you have 5 days to send the item(s) back through the method of return that IMAURA nominates.
